Meet Aila Malik

Aila Malik is a mother of three, a wife, blogger, conscious consumer, and full-time activist. Trained as a lawyer and driven by heart, Aila is the founder of Venture Leadership Consulting—a team of data-driven, goal-oriented strategists who help organizations create system-wide improvements in society.

Through her writing, public speaking, and social impact leadership, Aila inspires others to take action, use technology for good, and build a more just and connected world.

A Birthday Celebration Turned Movement

On her 40th birthday, Aila launched the #CommunityKindnessParty—a celebration of life, love, and the people who make a difference. What started as a personal milestone became a global invitation to reflect on relationships, honor shared humanity, and live with deeper intention.

During her family’s year-long journey around the globe—known as the Franklin Street Globetrotters—Aila deepened her belief in the power of kindness and service. Her adventures were guided by love, gratitude, and a commitment to see and support others, wherever they were.
